The coaching industry is saturated. Every one seems to be one nowadays. I thoroughly believe you should vet your sources before signing on with someone. People often tend to place a premium on coaches that will show them something new and different which has its place, the real value however is in the application, that’s where the true art of coaching lies. Here are my philosophies & approaches that convey the skill sets and experience you’ll get beyond what a coach conventionally provides.

Why work with me?

If you’re a race car, I’m your entire pit crew in one stop. Being fluent in virtually all aspects of health and fitness you can consider me your Chief Health Advisor. Get everything you need in a health & fitness program as I’m well versed in training, biomechanics, rehab, nutrition, supplementation, biology, chemistry, functional medicine, and much more. I’m also flexible in integrating other programs you may be on, operating cooperatively instead of exclusively if need be.

I’ve been in this game for 20 years and worked with hundreds of people from all levels which has given me prior knowledge and dealings with matters concerning health and the human body that has been invaluable in my career. I’ve had beginners as well as athletes that have competed to be in the Olympics. I’ve had very complicated clients with lots of health issues, work with kids and the elderly. Being fluent in all disciplines of health & fitness working with me is like having access to a library which has its own value and why people I coach work with me for years.

When I set up programs and protocols I take into consideration an ensemble of factors which include current health status, history, what’s safe, what will be the most effective, personality and behavioral profile, personal context, where the priority lies, what will prevent a rebound, dealing with the root and not the symptom, long term, short term and all points in between. I definitely won’t set you up on a program if I know you’ll end up right back where you started.

Synergy is the art of building programs. My approach is combinatory, integrative & sequential. Putting together an ensemble of components in health, training, nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation and even mindset into a workable complex gives the best return on your time and investment because all of your cylinders will be firing creating that synergy that’s critical to hitting your goals.

The sequence of a program is often times just as important as the program itself. I structure programs in phases that follow a direct path to reaching your goals. As with any complex system like the human body there’s an order to physiology. Certain checkpoints have to be cleared and demonstrated before moving on to the next phase to ensure success.

I can get you results faster than you would trying to figure it out on your own. I spend the majority of my time clarifying & distilling information down to what’s most useful & discarding what isn’t. I have the ability to see where the priority lies, where the maximum effect will come in, as well as identifying pitfalls along the way and steering you clear.  This will save you time, buy you back time & potential frustration of things you would be trying to figure out on your own.

COACHING PROGRAMS

1-ON-1 COACHING

Working with me hands on allows me to completely customize and individualize your program. I’ll take all the tools in the “workshop” and upload a solution specifically for you. I’ll meet you at your level, whatever your goals and objectives are to truly customize this for you. You may be looking for coaching on a specific thing only such as a rehab program, pre-workout formula, or you may want a full workup with the kitchen sink. After we “goal-storm” and I get all the information, I’ll put a package together for you to review.

THE HYBRID TRAINER

My Hybrid coaching program is kind of like flying a plane; you’re the pilot, I’m the copilot. I can design the program or you can use one of the pre-designed protocols and programs. You take the plan and run with it. I’ll be there to provide feedback, make on the fly suggestions and tweaks and background support..all you have to do is crush it.

 

“CLUB” COACH

The “Club” Coach is for partners/buddies and small groups. The buddy and group system can work well if people are in a particular fitness club. Programs and plans can be built that work in the collective and still be customized for each individual. You may have a wedding party all on the same program, or  a couple with a new years resolution. You may have a team mate that you want to have a partner training program with. Support and check ins will be provided so join one of the clubs or start your own. Team work makes the dream work!

COACHING COSTS

  • INITIAL CONSULT, AUDIT, ANALYSIS & PROGRAM PROPOSAL: $295-395$
  • PHASE REWORKS: $150-$200 per phase
  • RETAINER TIME PACKAGES: $100/HR
  • PROGRAMS & PACKAGES WILL VARY IN COST DEPENDING ON THE GOALS
  • GUIDANCE & SUGGESTIONS ON ASSEMBLING A PACKAGE WILL BE GIVEN
